Manufacture of woven labels is our initial product and serving our clients for more than 15 years. We have well experienced designers to create designs on your required vision.
The fabric used in woven labels are satin and taffeta. We can weave up to 7 colors in your labels. We are running Needle Loom which is a smaller, faster, usually computer operated cross, between old and new weaving technology. These labels will not wear, tear or fray. They can be bleached, washed in any cycle desired without loosing their colors or texture. Furthermore they are soft and instantly radiates out a sense of professionalism.

Satin Finish
Satin Woven Labels are a polyester based lustrous thread which is soft and smooth. Good quality results can be produce using a single needle or broadloom set-up based on quality needs. Reverse Satin- A reverse weave of satin thread used to create dimensional look combining sheen and matte finish.
Satin can be cut with an ultrasonic cutter for smooth edges if your product will have contact with skin.
Taffeta
A polyester based plain woven thread used for low cost or basic uses. Not suggested for use in contact with skin as it tends to be scratchy. More suitable for outerwear or accessories. Very durable. Weaving can be double for definition details.
Cut and fold options
- Straight cut - No fold. Usually sewn on all 4 sides, the top, or on left and right side only.
- Endfold – Folded down on the left and right side. Applied the same way as straight cut labels, but have a softer edge.
- Mitre Fold – Ends are folded under and up, creating a tab to be sewn into a seam.
- Centerfold – Folded in the middle and usually sewn into a seam. Can also be used for sleeve and hem labels.
- Manhattan Fold – Like a centerfold label, except the top is folded down, creating a flap to tuck the bottom fold into
